本隱私權政策適用於由 Oldming 開發與發行的所有 App，包含但不限於：日月行事曆、日月鬧鐘、Lang Cursor、磁碟透視。

2. 我們不做的事

  • 不要求使用者註冊帳號。
  • 不販售使用者個人資料。
  • 不收集 App 內輸入內容或檔案內容。
  • 不在 App 中追蹤使用者於其他公司服務的活動以建立個人輪廓。

3. 本機儲存

偏好設定（語言、字體大小、顯示模式、提醒設定等）會儲存在使用者裝置本機，移除 App 即會清除。

4. 廣告與第三方服務

部分免費 App 會使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。AdMob 可能會收集裝置識別碼、廣告相關資訊與產品互動資料，用於廣告投放、成效衡量與必要的反詐欺檢測。詳細政策請參考 Google AdMob 隱私說明。

如果系統要求追蹤同意（例如 iOS ATT），使用者可以選擇允許或拒絕；拒絕後 App 仍可正常使用，僅廣告個人化程度會降低。

5. 內購與付款

部分 App 提供一次性內購（例如「移除廣告」、「買斷完整版」）。所有付款流程由 Apple App Store 處理，本 App 不會接觸或保存使用者的付款卡號、銀行帳戶或完整付款資料。使用者可使用 App 內的「恢復購買」恢復已購買的權益。

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps developed and published by Oldming, including but not limited to: Day Month Calendar, SunMoon Alarm, Lang Cursor, and DiskPeek.

2. What We Don't Do

  • We do not require user registration.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not collect typed content or file contents from inside the app.
  • We do not track users across other companies' services to build profiles.

3. Local Storage

Preferences (language, font size, display mode, reminder settings, etc.) are stored locally on the user's device and are removed when the app is uninstalled.

4. Ads and Third-Party Services

Some free apps use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising-related information, and product interaction data for ad delivery, performance measurement, and necessary fraud prevention. See Google AdMob's privacy disclosures for full details.

If the system requests tracking permission (e.g., iOS ATT), users may allow or deny it. The app remains fully functional if tracking is denied; only ad personalization is reduced.

5. In-App Purchases and Payments

Some apps offer one-time in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads," "Full Unlock"). All payments are processed by the Apple App Store. The app does not access or store payment card numbers, bank account information, or full payment details. Users can restore purchased entitlements via the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature.

6. Google Account and Calendar Data

After user authorization, Day Month Calendar may access Google Calendar data within the granted scope, solely to display and manage calendar events. This data is not used for advertising or AI model training. See the Calendar page for full terms. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

These apps are not primarily directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Policy Changes

Any updates to this policy will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the relevant app or page.
